Information you give us

When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us, such as your name, the property address, what happened and your insurance details. We use it only to answer you, schedule and do the work, write estimates and invoices, and, if you ask us to, work with your insurance company or adjuster.

Website analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites. It records general information such as which pages were viewed, the referring site, browser type and approximate country, and we see it only as totals.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only when needed to do your job (for example, with your insurance company at your request, or with the phone and email services we use), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep job records as long as we need them for the work, warranty questions, and tax and legal requirements, then delete them.
