Reconstruction and repairs after water, fire or mold damage

Most mitigation companies dry your house and leave you to find somebody else to close the wall. We hold the Oregon general contractor endorsement, so the company that opened it puts it back, on its own written estimate.

Questions

Reconstruction and repairs: common questions

Can you match my existing texture and paint?

As closely as the existing finish allows. Age and fading can make an exact match impossible, so we paint wall planes corner to corner.

How long does the rebuild take?

A single bathroom or room is usually about a week after the drying is done, plus cure time for tile and grout.

Will insurance pay for the rebuild?

If the loss is covered, the repair usually is too, minus your deductible. We give you a written estimate your adjuster can review.

Do you work for other restoration companies?

Yes. We take reconstruction referrals from plumbers and mitigation firms, under their name or direct with the homeowner.
